videos buffering
when watching you tube vidoes or bbc i player or any videos on laptop it keeps on stopping and buffering this as only started happening in the last week or so i have a fast internet connection plenty of memory on laptop and have done a system restore to a time when it was ok i have adobe flash player 10 installed any suggetions would be appreciated

This happens when it is downloading slower than you are watching it - the problem is likely to be at the 'other end' and there is nothing you can except pause it, wait a while and press 'play'.
Your ISP could be slowing it down so check your actual broadband speed using one of the many broadband speed tests available online, like this one:
