In WMP 11 first click on "Library" than you select "songs" down the left hand side, then RIGHT-click on the the title bar (the one with "album" and "title" etc. and make sure that "play count" is selected. Then you may have to scroll across but you will be able to see how many times each song has been played. You can do the same with album / artist etc. depending on what you have selected on the left-hand side.
If you then RIGHT-click on the "Play Count" title, you can select "Sort by playcount" and WMP will put the songs in order of number of times they have been played.
