I have just purchased a new DVD recorder and Television but I am having trouble setting it up even though I had it set up before with my old DVD recorder. The problem is that I cannot remember how I set it up so can anybody help. I followed the instructions as per the manual but it comes up with a message saying there is no signal, According to the manual you take a scart lead from the TV to the DVD, then one from the DVD to the Satellite receiver, a coax cable goes from RF in on the TV to the RF out on the DVD, then another coax goes from RF out on the dvd to the sat receiver, and the aerial lead goes to RF in on sat receiver. I am using a VCR instead of the Sat receiver and assumed the wiring would be the same but it doesn't work as I am unable to play either my VCR or DVD through the TV. Can anybody advice how to wire the TV to VCR to DVD to enable me to record and play back through the TV
