well easy for me although i dont like the stuff and thats marzipan. the rest i would not and could not put in my mouth.

sheeps brains on toast, they just taste like soft roe,yummy yummy

Marzipan - love it.
Sprouts - passable.
Frogs legs - not bad.
Snails - beautiful in garlic butter.
Sheep's brains - tried them. Not as bad as you think.
Cow's tongue - Don't think so.
