I purchased a nicer dicer on 3rd April via Bluefold Ltd for �12. The money was taken from my account but to date I haven't received my purchase when I check my details it says still in progress not yet shipped surely it doesn't take this long. I have sent 7 Emails regarding this purchase but no replies, Have I been "had" This is the first purchase I have made via internet and won't be making any more.

if you paid with credit card then call the credit card company and explain to them. they would reimburse you while they investigate the matter.
I did a quick search, and you are not the only one.
It appears that they have a habit of taking money and not delivering any goods.

If you paid by credit card you should get your money back.

Unfortunately you have had a bad experience with internet shopping, but I do most of my shopping this way, (apart from food), and have never had a problem.

Stick to well known retailers - amazon, play.com, woolworths etc and you will be ok.
If you 'google' Bluefold Ltd you will see there are many, many complaints.

Firstly, inform your debit or credit card company.

Then complain to your local Trading Standards,and the Trading Standards local to the registered office of the company, which is:
