I`ve bought a digital photo frame and i can`t get it to work,help!!

I bought it from grabbitnow.com this week and it came today. I`ve installed the software or thought i had cos when i tried opening it i get the following message No Photo Viewer Found, Program Termined
Is it faulty or is there something i can do, i`m on xp. Thanks
