My mobile network is BT Mobile who don't support mobile email - can anyone suggest an ISP with a local dial-up number (ie not 0845 or 0870) so I can use my inclusive minutes to connect to the isp from my mobile handset and send and recieve email?

Do your free minutes not include 0845 numbers? As ISPs make money from people dialling 0845 numbers, finding one without one would probably be tricky.

No I don't think any of the networks include 0845 or 0870 numbers in their free minutes, which is a righteous pain. I've now established that BT Yahoo have an international access number ie 00 44 121 etc but have yet to get the mobile to connect to my new BT Yahoo account successfully
I was about to suggest international access numbers but was trying to find one first, Virgin.net used to operate one on 01483 881766 but they've changed it to a 0870 number. EuroBell (TeleWest Dialup) might also still use a local number but I think signup for that may have closed a good few years ago. Can you access your email by wap, or are no wap minutes included? I have an SPV which checks NTL pop3 accounts 'no' problems with the genie/o2 wap connection.
