Hi. Recently my pc won't allow me to download mpg movies, or even view previously downloaded and saved mpgs, with a windows Error Report box appearing saying it's detected a fault, and then closes the player and folder.
I use Windows Media Player 10, but have tried downloading WMP11 or some of its parts recently... will this have caused a conflict? WMP10 plays all other file types with no problem.
Any ideas what the problem might be, and how I can resolve it? Thanks very much for any help!
