My wife has a laptop running Vista. I use a PC running XP. I linked her laptop to our Canon printer but suddenly this does not work. Under the Ports heading in the printer dialogue box is a option "enable bi-directional printing" which is unticked and I am not able to apply a tick as the option is hidden. Can anyone explain why this has suddenly dropped out. Thanks.
