Trouble putting images on my blog!

I'm having some difficulty putting pictures on my blog. I assumed it would be the same as on myspace, where i got my image code and just pasted it in. However it says that it can't accept it because of "TARGET".

I have no idea what this means!

Is it possibly the imagehost im using? I use piccodle, however i have previously used this for myspace pictures and it worked.

Any help would be great.

My blog is on blogspot if that's any help.
