when trying to forward a recieved e-mail - IE something with attached file or pictures - 8 out of 10 times the person receiving it has a blank page - or no attachments - anyone advise?

In Outlook Express
Tools>Options>send>sending is the "reply to messages using the format in which they were sent" ticked??
