component lead splitter

I have two component video and audio outputs om my nintendo wii and V+ box, one on each, but only one input on my tv. Is there a device which would allow me to switch between the two without unplugging the leads physically each time i want to watch tv or use my wii?

My house is strewn with AV cables linking things together and I've got a couple of these AV selectors to save me having to keep changing leads around:
