MIKOMI webcam-no sound on msn

For some reason the microphone just doesn`t want to work whilst on msn. It works perfectly well via the software that came with it. Gone through set up procedure on msn but still no joy. Any ideas ?????

it does not work if just viewing webcam. You must press video /call for it to activate sound. hope this helps.
