does anyone know any good programs for windows that i can create cars on or i can edit normal cars (preffably street racing cars) that are free to download

You could go to www.2flashgames.com then play the drag racer games- I don't know if this is what you're after but it's free to play. Oh yeah- it's called drag racer but it's cars like civic's and beamers etc
