how do i delete all the pictures from the memory card in one go? i tried doing when it was connected to the computer by clicking on 'delete all pictures on camera' and it didn't work!! thanks

is there nothing on the camera itself that'll do it? I haven't got a Sony but I think most cameras have a delete button with a menu including 'delete everything'

Can you "format" the card via a camera menu or tools?That will clear all
