The LNB is the bit on the dish that collects the signal....the only problem with having two boxes is that you will actually need two cards as the second box won't function with on....twice the price basically. If you want more info on running two decoders then try this link http://www.satcure.co.uk/tech/lnb.htm
You will need a dual output LNB this will be similar to the LNB already fitted to your dish but with to outputs for seperate sky boxes then you run and extra lead to your new sky box......sky are offering a similar service that they will install for you but no idea how much they will charge.
Why not do what we did recently and upgrade to Sky+ (it's brilliant !). For 199 and no installation fee we got a Sky+ box and had our old digibox relocated to the family room. The additional monthly subscription is 10 and each digibox works independently & has the same package (including Premiership Plus). This means that we can watch a digitally recorded programme in the sitting room, record two other sky channels at the same time and the kids can watch a totally different sky channel from the other digibox.
