Realplayer streaming on Nokia N95

I have a nokia N95 which comes with Realplayer added. I am able to stream the BBC radio stations using the stand alone Realplayer link on BBC website, however I am having problems with streaming the live BBC news 24 channel.
If I use the wi-fi connection I can stream for about 10 seconds before it cuts out and if I use my mobile carriers internet connection it doesn't connect at all. There aren't restrictions on my account that prevent streaming and I have an inclusive allowance that would (easily) cover the download costs. Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be?
