Is it possible to undelete deleted e-mails and also those which were blocked spam? Thanks in advance.

If they are still in your trash can or deleted items folder then yes to the former. For spam it depends on what your spam filter does with them but it's very likely you can undelete them - after all the filter may have misidentified a message.
