I was going to buy a set of Panasonic digital cordless home phones. I am on Telewest and I pay for caller ID. Does anyone know whether Telewest caller ID is compatible with Panasonic phones as I have read that this feature doesn't work on some cable lines?

What model are the phones? Do they have text capabilities as well?

The model number is KXTG7123ES and they don't have text capabilities.

I'm sure it does - it is not listed as incompatible, as some Panasonic phones are.

To be on the safe side, ask the retailer before you buy, and make it conditional that you can return it within a reasonable period if it isn't.
