Does anyone have a web link to a site where I can download a free dictionary in order to spell check a document in French?

find this one quite helpful, but I don't think it does spell checks. But if you spell the word wrong in French, in the English translation it should just show the word again in English as you wrote it in French if u know wot I mean. hope this helps.
If you google "french dictionary" you'll find loads. These are handy if you want to check single words. If you want to check, or translate, phrases you could look at a free online translator ..... but these are notoriously peculiar in direct translation and throw up some weird results.
If your document is of particular importance with regard to accuracy I would suggest that you send it to one of the online paid for translators which are not very expensive.
