Camera Wizard

When you import images from your camera into your Computer you would normally have a Wizard suddenly pop up to help you but for some reason this facility has stopped.

I have tried to obtain help from various sites [some have recommended uninstalling the real player] but either the suggestions were too complicated or just did not work.

Please help.

I'd go into your Control Panel, access "Scanners and Cameras", click on your camera and there should be a link on the left saying "get pictures" if you're on XP, that's how I do it when the wizard doesn't pop up by itself.

Thanks very much for your help - however, I would like to say that this has worked but it has not.
