Don't be put off by the fact that it is free - it is excellent.

Also look for WebPlus 6.0 at www.freeserifsoftware.com

Then of course you'll be looking for free hosting?

wideboy how to i set up a web page lol???
Download one of the ones I mentioned. If you go for nVu, there are tutorials available on-line.

Also try www.about.com for help on doing things.
You could also think of setting up a 'wiki' if you want others to contribute.
