How do I rename tracks in itunes?

Piece of cake. Simply click once on the name, wait a moment, then click again. The name should now be highlighted, allowing you to rename the track.

That's how it works on the Mac, anyway, should be the same for Windoze.

If you want to edit several details at once, or edit more advanced things than just the name of the artist and album etc., right-click a track and click 'get info'. Highlighting several songs and doing this will let you edit the details of all these songs at once.
