Nero Malfucntion

I use Nero to copy my discs. I have been converting CD tracks to MP3's and transferring them via 'My Music'. It has suddenly decided to stop. The message I get is 'Nero cannot start job' - but it doesn't tell me why not, or how to correct the problem. Can anyone assist?
