I am running knoppix 3.8 on my computer. and it runs off cd... but i want a phone dialer application like windows has known as dialer.exe.
I have a modem in the pci slot of my computer and its plugged in to our wall but i need the software to be able to do it... If you can awnser this for me please send me an email at: [email protected]

So dialer.exe (sounds like a rogue piece of software to me) just dials out a particular number? Is that all you want? Or do you want it to connect to an ISP?
