I won an item on ebay and the man that was selling had a 100% feedback score, but now, a week and a half on, i have no goods and the man has an 80% feedback score, i looked at his feedback and there are 3 pages of neg feedback starting from only 4 days ago! realise this is slim, but any chance of getting my money back?!?

I used my paypal account! how does that mean that I may be able to get my money back though?

I just checked on him again and his feedback score is now 74%, this man really is not having a good day!!!
Log in to PayPal, and enter the Resolution Centre - the tab is along the top of the page.

Follow the instructions to file a 'goods not received' complaint. You will need the listing number.

Hopefully PayPal will refund you.
If you have his address you could always sue them through the County Court. Sometimes just the threat of such action produces results.
also advise him of the prcedure you are going to take.

How much have you spent with him?
Wasn't called Enterainment Passion from Doncaster by any chance? I got done by them.!!

Thanks everyone, you're a bunch of superstars.
A common ploy is to build up a good feedback by purchasing a lot of items costing less than 1 each and then offer many high-priced items for sale over a very short period of time, grab the money and disappear.

Don`t take 100% feedback at face value, always check the nature of the feedback item by item.
