hey, im creating a webste and need to put music snippets of tracks that i'm selling. There will be between 50-500 clips on the site and the format im hoping to base it on is from uptownrecords.com
anyone have any helpful tips on how to do this?
ive got my site pretty much done, this is my only sticking point

When I do it, I just add a hyperlink to the sound file, which would be stored in a file on my website.
I assume you have been into the licencing side of what you can play?

not as yet...any info or ideas? the clips i have done are about 10 seconds long?

Best ask PRS at http://www.prs.co.uk.
At 10seconds you probably won't have a problem, but its best to enquire, so you don't get an unexpected bill.
