Problems with philips hdd070/05 mp3 player

Always hated the Musicmatch software supplied with Philips mp3 players but never had a problem until now. When trying to transfer tracks using the Portable Device Manager an error report comes up (where you choose to send the report or not). The issue seems to be with mmjbportables.exe but I don't know what this is.

I've trawled through the many techonological forums there are online but haven't found this problem.

I'm using Windows XP.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
