I think you might be wanting Sky multiroom - Google it. What about a Freeview box (or if it's for a bedroom, the very small Bush Freeview Scart Box - just plugs into the Scart socket on the TV out of the way).

yeh i know about freeview but i want the works
Has to be Sky multiroom then - unless you can get a box from other sources and then get someone to wire it. Video sender won't be much use as you'll have to watch what others are watching (reception is variable at best).

so basically theres no 'fly' way of doing it?
Not that I know of - you need to ask around locally - friendly technicians and all that. Try a local TV/aerial installer.

What you need is an AV Wireless Video sender (Google it). The transmitter plugs into your sky box, the receivers attach to other TVs, and you can change channels from other rooms. enjoy!
Nemesis9, that's not the question! Yes, that's been answered before (as mentioned in my earlier reply). Qmark78 doesn't want to watch what others are watching in the other room.
My reception on DigiSender is fine but I have never been able to get the remote control working in the upstairs room. My family are almost always watching terrestrial TV so I don't have a problem with the programme except that I have to go downstairs to change channels.
