I am working with windows 98,I wish to re-boot with my CD-ROM disc or my floppy but the drives do not recognise either the messages I get are D:\ is not accessable
A;\ not working properly or does not have all the drivers installed (CODE 10)

Has anyone a clue? replies in laymans terms please
