Does anyone know the correct mms settings for t-mobile on this phone ?

I have tried the settings on the website and these did not work, I have contacted t-mobile and spoken to them for an hour and a half and the setting they have given me only half work.

I can now receive pictures but when I send them they are corrupted and not sent. The recipient receives a message saying that the photo is corrupt and cannot be retrieved.

Thought I would try on here before wasting another 2 hours on the telephone.
