When you submit your question, the system is supposed to come up with any similar questions that have already been asked, but it doesn't. I tried submitting the title 'First children's programme on BBC2' in the Film&TV section (because that has come up several times recently) and... nothing. Any chance you could get that sorted out?

Incidentally, when I submitted the above question, what it came up with for Similiar Queries was "What are Mira tablets?". Is that similar...?

It worked for me, it's been asked twice.
