msn messenger virus?

Everytime I write to a contact I get this message "Yo get the best screen names onhttp://www.IM-Names.com"....anyone know how to remove this annoyance....if so I'd be very grateful

have you uninstalled it from your computer or if its coming from your friend then you can't do anything about it

Tried uninstalling and re installing..same problem...its coming from my msn...if i knew the name of the virus i could find out how to fix it...

there was a very good program i used a while back that removed the ad's but since i have had my computer wiped it was removed and i can't think of the name of it or where i got it from, it's really annoying as i have the same problem yet again!
