How do u send or receive using bluetooth on xda mini s??

I have paired my xda mini with somebody elses phone and it pairs up ok but if they try and send something it would work (a few people have tried to send thing to me using bluetooth)

also...i took a photo and then clicked on send but the option i was given were

text message, outlook, mms

How do you use the bluetooth on it??
