I have recently bought a Samsung YP-Z5 4Gb Player. For the first few days it worked fine, however now whenever I try and transfer songs over my computer crashes (Blue screen of death) stating that it's due to the player when restarted. This is all as a disk drive, so it comes up as drive e: and in Windows Media Player 10, when I sync, comes up with the error "a null reference pointer was passed to the stub" and I cannot transfer music to it (I never have been able to, been the same since day one). I tried it one someone elses computer and it works perfectly, it's installed as a MTP Device (Windows Portable Device) working in WMP 10, can't get it to do it on mine though. I've re-installed everything, can someone please help?
