You may have to buy a photo to have full permission to use it. Try http://www.bigstockphoto.com/ for some really good yet very cheap ones.

Not much of a picture, but its certainly an image.

Take a picture yourself with either a camera 'phone or digital camera. Download it to your PC. Copyright it to your name and date it. Job done.
