No - this is all the memory useage remaining free, grouped together so you can see how much is left.
System idle process has nothing whatsoever to do with memory usage. It is the percentage of time that the processor is spending doing nothing.
So the higher the score the better - should normally be around 98 unless you are playing games or such like.

It's a good idea to know how much resources your cpu normally use - if it goes up for no apparent reason it can be indication that something is wrong.
