AOL Disconnection

I am on AOL broadband which connects using a BT Voyager 105 modem.

Every minute or so AOL disconnects itself then has to reconnect. I can't find any way of solving the problem.

I never used to have any problems in this respect -tThe problem started occurring when I re-installed AOL then upgraded using a downloaded update. The Modem and phone lines have stayed the same.

Has anyone else had similar problems?

try totally uninstalling the AOL gumph, reboot then reinstall

Yes pigface I have had this problem for a long time,on windows Millenium and now XP I have reported this problem to AOL and they have asked me to do this and that to my computer but it still keeps on cutting me & my wife off at times when we would not like to be cut off ie playing games and so on.
