Firefox: Tools/Options/Privacy/Clear History

IE: Tools/Internet Options/General/Clear History
Firefox ...Tools/Clear Private Data
commoner, is that Firefox 1.5? I don't have that on my menu (1.0.7)
...mmm...says it's Version 1.5.0.1 and I don't remember it having to be selected as an option ...commoner.
...just had another look at that.....you can select different types of data to clear including History. Cookies etc.......open Firefox help and type clear in the search box............then read relevent section..............commoner.

Do you also want to delete pictures etc that have been loaded onto your computer as a result of visiting certain websites?

For internet explorer: tools>internet options>temporary internet files - delete files (also click delete offline content if you want).

Or you could use a programme called CCLEANER...
