I did ask this a few years ago but have lost answer -sorry. I have a Galaxy phone and want to add my own ringtone which I have saved as a music file in 'my files'

Samsung says to go into Ringtones in phone settings and at bottom of the list there is an 'add' option which I must press to be able to add my chosen ringtone from my music file!

Problem is that there is no add or + sign anywhere I can see. Am I missing something please?

Thank you

Moggie

Yes that might help but quick answer is the + sign is at the top right corner of the screen when you're in ringtone settings, press that and you get the option to select saved files.
