Out Of Synch

When I attempt to watch anything on Chrome browser the audio is out of synch with the picture, this has only occurred recently and is only on Chrome and not for instance on Firefox. Any fixes ?

Is it a Chrome resource issue ? Have you tried clearing it's cache ?
