hi all
i have photo booth on my ipad which allows me to mess up photos in silly ways ( stretch/kaleidoscope etc ).
is there a way/program for windows 11 that lets me do the same ?

HI THANKS FOR THAT BARRY BUT IT ONLY WORKS ON WEBCAM PHOTOS .
I WOULD LIKE SIMILAR PROGRAM THAT WORKS ON STORED PICTURES FROM MY COMPUTER .
