Where do the red, white, and yellow cables go into the TV? I can’t find any information online. It’s to plug in a retro dance mat. Thanks in advance!

They don't. According to the Samsung specs, there is no composite input on this TV. https://www.samsung.com/uk/tvs/uhd-4k-tv/tu7100-55-inch-crystal-uhd-smart-tv-ue55tu7100kxxu/

if your tv has these inputs, then they would be the same colours
either on the back or side of tv usually.

my old tv had these, everything is hdmi now i presume.
Have you checked the manual on your TV? On the remote - home, smart hub, settings, support, emanual.

It may not have the connections you want as it main feature is that it is as cable free as possible
get one of these then..
