Is it correct that in a QR code is text? So if I scan one with my Android Phone using an app where will the info be?
I opened the QR reader app I got from playstore and put the phone over the QR code and it clicked and obviously took the photo - but how can I find where to read what was in the QR code - I do not understand these things being elderly and non tech!
This was a holiday company QR code which should give me info in text form I can the dowload or am I missing the point as I could not find it in downloads on my phone.
In simple terms please
Thank you

If this is related to your previous question, you don't need to worry about what is in the code.
You'll just need to print a copy of it so it can be scanned by whoever is doing the checking. Or else show it on a phone, but I understand you don't have a phone.
QR codes can hold all kinds of information, not just text. If, as ichkeria surmises, you are trying to scan the info in a PLF QR code, you'll be unsuccessful. This needs to be scanned by the specialist app provided to border staff. As long as you have the code to show, you'll be fine.
