I am eligible to apply for an EU Covid certificate but the application process requires that I upload my HSC NI QR Code as a JPEG, PDF or PNG file. Does anyone know how to capture the QR code in any of these formats?

Which device are you using to view the QR code that you want to copy? (PC/laptop? Android tablet? Android phone? iPad? iPhone?).
Take a photo of it.
if it's digital rather than on a piece of paper, try right clicking on it and on "Save Image As..." - with luck it will offer to save it as a jpeg.

I'm using android and it says that screenshots of the QR aren't allowed.
Android phone I meant to say.
Well that's got me stumped then because, to the best of my knowledge, there's no other way to do it!

As a bit of a long shot though, try long-pressing on the QR code to see if any option to save it to memory comes up.
On my 'phone, in settings, there is the option to turn on/of the option to scan QR codes.

Mines was greyed out but there was the option to reset the settings and that sorted it.

Do you have that option?

As I read it, Lacmag3 doesn't want to scan a QR code.

He's been sent one that's now on his Android phone/tablet (in a similar way to a rail ticket that one has purchased through an app is, so that he can point his phone at a reader for it to be scanned).

However another site now needs access to that QR code in order to issue him with an EU Covid Certificate. So he's been asked to upload it to that site but, extremely oddly, without using a screenshot.

I'm confused!
I mistead the question. I tried to take a screenshot of items i an IKEA shopping basket but I was prevented "for security reasons".

The only other time that happened was when I tried to take a screenshot from my HSBC mobile app.
