Instagram Help

Can anyone help me please.

I tried to sign up to Instagram through my Facebook account so I can follow a relative's new business start up and this went Ok initially and I get instagram e mails.

I received the e mail to confirm my e mail address but when I click on the link it constantly flicks between something i have to look at , and then read and agree, never stopping long enough for me to click on the read and agree.

After a few goes it them comes up as a failure.

How can I get my e mail address verified?

Hi, I have tried all this and it does not work. I have tried on Edge, Chrome and Android on a tablet but I cannot find any contact details for instagram to see if they can help
