Bone Like Lump On Upper Chest

Recently I've been having trouble with my breathing, I've been struggling for breath even if I'm not doing anything, and today I saw a lump on my upper chest right on the bone, just below where your collar bone ends. I'm not sure if it's a lump or the bone itself, though I'm not entirely sure if it's possible for a bone to just protrude?

I've never had this bone stick out and this mixed with the breathing problems has me concerned that something could be wrong.

I did try calling the doctors but havent been able to get through which is a pain so I thought I'd ask on here whilst I try them throughout the day, just to see if anyone might be able to give me half a clue what this may be and if it's serious.

I'm a female, 20, quite fit and have no previous medical history.

Thank you.

No big deal.
It is a prominent boney protruberance commonly seen in that area, particularly in women.
Doesn't require any treatment other than reassurance .
