I was sent an email from a work email address, which I never received. They sent it again - still didn’t receive. They aren’t bouncing back to the sender as undeliverable - they just don’t arrive. So I decided to email them myself to see if that worked - they don’t get mine either. Again nothing bounces back to me - they just don’t arrive. So as a last attempt I used a different email address that I have and sent to them from that - that didn’t arrive either!
I have no problems with anybody else and have been sending and receiving emails all day. And they say they don’t have a problem with anyone else either. I’m completely baffled and don’t know what else to try, and as it’s a work situation I really do need to be able to email back and forth with them. Any bright ideas??

Anyone?? It’s driving me nuts!
Have you inadvertently blocked that email address? Check your 'filters and blocked addresses' in your GMail settings
Question Author
No I haven’t. They were the very first ones to send an email, of which I never received. I don’t know what else to try.
Have you checked that they have your correct email address?
Also check they haven't blocked your email address
Question Author
Yes, I physically went into their office today, wrote it out for them and they tried emailing me whilst I was there - didn’t get that either.
Have you looked in spam folder
Question Author
Yep, have checked everywhere. It’s the fact that they aren’t getting mine either!
Perhaps the firm's email domain is on a blacklist and your email provider is blocking it?:

Set up another email address with a different host and see if that works
Create a new email address here and see what happens when you send an email to that work address

Ok I’ll try a new set up email address = thanks x
Could just be a glitch.

Happened to me a few weeks ago - could not sent to work colleague - got same result whether I typed the email addrsss manually or replied to an old email.

Got another person in the partnership to try and it got throught ok, as did one sent from my personal email.

It sorted itself out.
