I am transiting through Heathrow tomorrow and staying airside between flights, so not landing in England. We will use the excellent connection service offered by BA and the UK border force. However the Passenger Lcator Form seems to insist that all passengers must have a negative PCR test yet this was exempt for travellers doing what we are doing. Grateful someone confirms I am right! This is a Spain to Jersey trip.

Whether or not you are transiting, you need proof of a negative test taken within the 72 hour period prior to arrival in England.
