Help please if you can.

I need a copy of 3 bank statements. I can down load them but I've lost where they have gone..not in my files..

Can anyone suggest how I might find them.

I have a samsung galaxy phone.

Thank you Barry1010, I managed to down load again and copied and pasted them into my photo album. But of an awkward way to do it.
